About Us
Our Mission
To support Catholic pharmacy professionals in carrying out their mission in union with the teachings of the Catholic Church through education, mentorship, community, advocacy, and prayer. We endeavor to bring Christ the Healer to the secular world by influencing and educating the broader healthcare community
Our Vision
To foster a professional culture that respects the dignity of the human person, including patients and clinicians, from conception to natural death, through efforts that are integrated, collaborative, and Christ-centered
Who we are
We are a community of pharmacy professionals, composed of pharmacists, student pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and our affiliate members, all of whom desire to fulfill their unique commitment to providing ethical and quality care to our patients

In fulfilling their commitment, our members seek to adhere to the teachings of the Catholic Church through their involvement in CaPhA. Self-identity as a Catholic is not a requirement to join our community, however, members are required to adhere to Catholic teachings when participating in community functions
What we are
CaPhA was founded in 2024 in response to the constant threats posed to pharmacy professionals who provide care under the direction of their sincerely-held religious and/or conscientious beliefs. We collectively seek to glorify and witness to Jesus Christ and His mission of healing through our professional activities

Our mission and vision, formed by the founding community members of CaPhA, articulates the essence of our association. We will evolve in response to key areas of need for our members in order to provide valuable support
What we do
We fulfill our mission and vision through provision of a variety of resources, including those offered on-demand, virtual, and in-person
As a community, we engage in activities related to education, mentorship, advocacy, prayer, and social connection. See our events page for specifics related to in-person events and virtual member meetings

Where we are
Most of our members are located in the U.S. and are spread across 31 states. We are open to any members from any location, and have international representation in the United Kingdom and Chile

Our in-person events occur in the U.S., aligning with established professional meetings. Contact us via email for more information related to our association's reach
